1. Return Policy

We offer returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory proof)

  • Images of the product

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • If the return request is made after 48 hours

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Change of mind / dislike after delivery

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
